Coxem CP-8000+

Ion etchers are used on the one hand to produce polished surfaces - for example for EBSD - and on the other hand as a tool for cutting into the depth of a sample and opening up a cross-sectional area. The sample is positioned using an optical microscope and the area to be processed is defined. The Coxem system offers a cost-effective and efficient way of doing precisely this work.
