Hyperion VUV
Hyperion VUV is an ultrafast VUV (VacuumUltraViolet) light source with an adjustable wavelength (6.0, 7.2, 8.4,9.6, 10.8 eV) and allows the investigation of a wide range of materials and properties. A pulse frequency of 1 MHz and a pulse duration of < 250 fs allow the investigation of ultrafast dynamic processes.
Typical applications include time- and angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES), photoemission electron microscopy (PEEM), photoionizing mass spectroscopy (PIMS) and molecular time-of-flight measurements.
