Versa-Line
The Versa line of instruments typically achieves resolutions in the submicrometer range. On the one hand, the magnification of the image can be controlled with the sample distance from the radiation source, in the same way as in a classical micro-CT device.
Then a turret with different objectives is available for imaging lenses, which can be used to further select the magnification that is optimal for viewing the point of interest in the specimen.
