SPARC CL-System
With the SPARC system, DELMIC sets new standards in cathodoluminescence. A precise parabolic mirror, adjustable in 5 axes, between the end lens of the microscope and the sample efficiently collects photons emitted from the sample. The light is parallelized and coupled out of the vacuum chamber. Subsequently, different modules can be used. The SPARC system is not only used in the classic application areas such as geology and materials technology, but increasingly also in areas such as nanophotonics or life sciences. The SPARC system is available as SPARC Compact as a cost-effective basic model.
