This EVO 15 Occasion device offers you the combination of high definition scanning electron microscopy with intuitive user-friendliness with tungsten cathode and double condenser column.

Benefit from Zeiss' many years of experience in high vacuum (HV) and variable pressure (VP) imaging. Significant improvements in signal yield and contrast ratio are the first step to increase imaging efficiency. The Zeiss EVO is an easy-to-use, highly flexible and high-resolution imaging and analysis tool and delivers fast, precise and reproducible results of all samples.

• equipped with an SE and BSE detector
• 5-axis motorized stage (125x125x50mm travel in x,y,z direction, 360° rotation and 90° tilt)
• vacuum chamber for samples up to 250mm diameter and 140mm height
• VP mode for variable pressure for charge compensation, chamberscope for easy navigation of the stage, ControlPanel and joystick.

The system was recently equipped with a new PC and underwent a complete maintenance. Further upgrades or accessories for sample preparation or operation optimization are available on request.
